Some camera errors in A52s after one ui 4.0 update

- the camera performance (Both front and back) is worsened after one UI 4.0 update. 

 - Low light photography is very bad compared to other smartphones with this price point.

 - Not showing camera toggle(Camera Access) in the notification.

* Clear camera application data.
Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
