After the update of android 11 or one UI 3 
Then my some of the features of dual app does not work like status, chat camera and many more.
If Any one have solutions then please share with me.

I would suggest you to not use dual whatsapp for now. It has become unusable due to recent policy changes.
Take a backup of your chats and files in gdrive by going to settings - > chat backup. Install WhatsApp Business from the play store, register your number, restore content from gdrive and disable dual whatsapp.
Let me know if you face any problem.
