Software update

I am using samsung A910F/DS mobile still i am using with android 8.0 version but all mobiles are changed to 9.0 one year ago

When can i expect android update or any manual procedure is there for updating

Your device is not eligible for android 9 . as it is android 6 based device amd already had two OS updates . Devices with Android 6 at launch only eligible upto android 8 .

Also the hardware should support the software so usually mid range phones will get one major android update but you got have got 2.
