Why the smart switch and other samsung essential apps are disabled in safe mode. when i try to turn off safe mode while restarting it shows - your phone is preventing it to exit safe mode to backup your data. ok, thats ok but, i'm not able to open smart switch. I called samsung support and they say install smart tutor to see what is the problem but they also don't know that these apps are disabled in safe mode. how i'll backup my data in safe mode? Alternate method of backup?
