My samsung A51 is making slow motion videos with little pauses over and over. It feels like that when im playing the video, the video is buffering. I have reset the camera settings but still the issue remains. I even reset my phone but still the slow motion video plays with pauses. Please fix this, i use alot of camera every day and its annoying that the slow mo isnt working properly.
To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1) Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache/data)
2) Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset
If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
Same problem here with my A51. I have reset the camera app and the device. Yet, both slow motion and super slow motion mode still have lags. Somehow, I managed to take a better slow motion video using the front camera. there must be some problem with the UI. Please fix this. Thank you.
