Slow charging issue in A31

In my A31 device normal mode charging is very slow, showing 4 to 5 hrs untill full charge from 20% battery backup. After enabling fast charging there is no problem. But phone & adapter is heating a lot. Using another data cable phone is charging normally. Service Center is saying data cable is ok. I have to use fast charging mode during charging as it is a fast charger enabled phone. But i am  facing this issue after latest update & using other cable the problem is getting solved. Anyone is facing same issue?

Cable may cause heating issues. Weak or damaged cables can cause some serious issues to charger as well as to device.

Sometimes cable gets damaged from inside. Due to which charger have to take more efforts to charge the phone

my samsung galaxy a31 was very slow charging it takes 2 hrs 40 mins to charge from 20 to 95
iam using fast charging option but it takes very long time to charge

In my a31 device fast charging mode but my mobail slow charging 1% charg until 3 min and my charging cable and adeptor good work
