Shared controls

There is a notification popping up on my notification bar..shared controls..what is it and how can I deactivate that...

Steps are-
1) open the notification panel
2) slide that notification from right to left slowly
3) in between you will see the icon of settings click on it
4) now u can deactivate the notification

Open Settings -> Google (Google services) -> Devices and sharing -> Cast options

Turn off "Media controls for Cast device"
