Good day Samsung how are you.s doing today I would greatly like to take this few minutes to inform you.s of a serious software issue that was detected that has occurred

after my Samsung galaxy a35 installed the February 2025 software update
It.s would greatly appreciated if you.s could stop chasing me to the service center or telling me to go the service center and rectify this problem as fast as possible via a new software update patch fix other than that all my other applications are working 100% percent

If issues persist, consider resetting your device settings ( not factory reset). Remember to back up important data before doing so.

Ensure all your apps are updated to their latest versions, as some might require updates to function correctly with the new security patch.
