See graph huge battery drain during night

From 12 am to 5 am see the graph battery is draining like playing games while the phone was not even in use please tell me how to solve this

Block all backgrounds battery use except some essential apps
Close all all in recent tab before sleeping
You whatsapp uses alot of battery in background
