Hello,
Secure Folder ka na khulna aksar Samsung Account ke authentication error ya app ke purane cache ki wajah se hota hai. Ise fix karne ke liye ye steps follow karein:
🛠️ Step 1: Check Samsung Account Sync
Secure Folder aapke Samsung account se linked hota hai. Agar account sahi se login nahi hai, toh folder nahi khulega.
Settings > Samsung Account (ekdum upar) par jayein.
Check karein ki aap signed-in hain aur koi "Verify" ka error toh nahi aa raha.
Ek baar Sync Account par tap karke sab kuch update kar dein.
🛠️ Step 2: Clear Secure Folder Cache
App ka purana data kabhi-kabhi hang ho jata hai.
Settings > Apps mein jayein.
Search bar mein "Secure Folder" dhoondhein.
Storage par tap karein aur sirf "Clear Cache" karein. (Data clear mat karna, nahi toh files ud sakti hain).
🛠️ Step 3: Update from Galaxy Store
Kayi baar purana version hone ki wajah se Folder crash karta hai.
Galaxy Store kholein.
Menu mein ja kar Updates check karein.
Agar Secure Folder ka update aaya hai, toh turant install karein.
🛠️ Step 4: Restart in Safe Mode (If nothing works)
Phone ko ek baar restart karein. Agar phir bhi na khule, toh "Force Stop" karke dobara try karein.
📝 Note: Agar is guide se aapki problem solve ho gayi hai, toh please reply ke upar bane three vertical dots (⋮) par click karke 'Accept as Solution' select karein. Isse community ke baaki members ko bhi sahi fix turant mil jayega. Thank you! 💙🚀
