The "Security policy prevents the installation of Secure Folder" error usually occurs when your device's security policy or administrator settings restrict the installation of Secure Folder. Since you have a Samsung A35, let's explore possible solutions:

Solution 1: Check Device Administrator Settings
1. Go to _Settings_.
2. Scroll down and select _Lock screen_.
3. Look for _Device administrators_ or _Other security settings_.
4. Check if any device administrators are listed. If so, try deactivating them.

Solution 2: Disable Work Profile (If Applicable)
If your device has a work profile set up, it might be restricting the installation of Secure Folder:

1. Go to _Settings_.
2. Scroll down and select _Accounts_.
3. Look for _Work profile_ or _Corporate profile_.
4. If you find a work profile, try disabling or removing it.

Solution 3: Reset Security Settings
Resetting your device's security settings might resolve the issue:

1. Go to _Settings_.
2. Scroll down and select _General management_.
3. Tap _Reset_.
4. Select _Reset security settings_.

Solution 4: Check for Software Updates
Ensure your device is running the latest software:

1. Go to _Settings_.
2. Scroll down and select _Software update_.
3. Tap _Download and install_.

Solution 5: Perform a Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a factory reset. However, this will erase all data on your device, so be sure to back up your important files before proceeding:

1. Go to _Settings_.
2. Scroll down and select _General management_.
3. Tap _Reset_.
4. Select _Factory data reset_.

After trying these solutions, check if you can enable Secure Folder on your Samsung A35.
