I came to see that even after I toggle off secure folder from my quick settings menu ( from where we turn on/off wifi and other stuffs ) still after some time secure folder app gets unhidden from app drawer. It works fine with my tab S7+ but some how it gets enabled automatically after some time in app drawer in my A52 phone. In quick settings menu the secure folder toggle is off and still I see secure folder app in my app drawer. I get notification continuously from apps inside secure folder which I don't want when I turned it off.

Even if secure folder appear in app drawer, the toggle button in quick panel should get turned on but it remains off which conveys user that secure folder app is disabled.
