When I take long screen shot , it appears with full quality and not compressed.while i send it as pdf via whatsapp it's compressed and blurred. Please fix the quality issue ..

This is how whatsapp works! Samsung can't fix it. WhatsApp compresses everything. If you want to send it in full quality, send through telegram.

Also try sending everything as document, if you want to use WhatsApp only. However, I am not sure how this will work as I don't use WhatsApp.

This is due to compression , I believe even if you send via pdf , it will still compress the file , try zipping the file , so send using send anywhere or quick share

I had used Honor7x before and it had scroll screenshot, it worked fine in honor.
