Does screen burning or screen fooding is common as i see dark blurrred overlines on screen and having issues

It's a rare case.... but it can happen if your phone is constantly displaying a stable image and overheating.
It can leave the burn image on the screen, which is considered as a permanent damage

Already visited they said it's normal in amoled display in this device but how can it be normal
