As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Step 1: Tap on Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Apps.
Step 3: Tap on Filter and sort.
Step 4: Enable "Show system apps".
Step 5: Tap "OK".
Step 6: Search the Smart View app.
Step 7: Tap on Storage.
Step 8: Tap on Clear data.
In case the issue still occurs, please register your concern in the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
