Screen glitch issue in SM A14 5G 8GB

While playing videos in full screen, the screen starts to glitch

While playing videos, the screen starts toglitch diagonally.

Is this a software issue (wait for patch update) or should I take this to service centre.

Bought the phone just 5 days ago.

Is this happen only playing video?. Try all ott apps as well. Also record a video through stock camera and then play the video. If still u get same issue, it's better go to service center

Of its everywhere and in all the videos then its a problem u need to visit Service Center
