Screen does not wake up on notifications

I have purchased samsung galaxy A33 5g smartphone. My phone does not wake up when any notification or whatsapp message is received. I am also unable to find the appropriate setting to enable the said feature. Plz help.

It's not possible, as far as I know. However, you can use 3rd party application like 'Glimpse Notification' to do that.

 Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings. try this out. if the issue is persistent pls let me know

Yes same problem is my a33 5g Smartphone.
