Screen Mirroring is not working after Android 10 (OneUi 2) update

I updated my Galaxy A7 (2018) to Android 10 (OneUi 2). Then I tried to connect my phone to my Lloyd SmartTV via Samsung SmartView on my phone. It was working perfectly fine before update. But now it's not working. 

All what's happening is I'm getting a blank home screen on my TV. And I'm only able to play content from my gallery. But its playing sounds from all apps. And I'm unable to control this blank home screen with an Apps and Settings icon at both bottom corners.

We would like to inform you that kindly reset your device:

Reset the Device :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

Then try again and connect your tv from your device by performing these steps:

Swipe down the Notification pane > Select screen mirror option (Smart view / Mirroring / Miracast / Wireless Display / Mirror Share / Screencast / Screen Share / Smart View/play to ,etc) > Enable Smart view > Select the desired device > Tap to connect TV model number > Notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select Allow to give permission to connect your device > Phone is connected with TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Same goes with my A20s and my sister's A70. We have bought a universal HDMI connector. It was working perfectly but after updating to Android10, the wired hdmi screen mirroring was not working anymore. We have tested the wire with other phones with lower Android Versions and the mirroring was smooth. 

I hope this could be addressed as we regularly use screenmirroring for entertainment and work. Thank you.
