Samsung secure folder password reset

I forgot my secure folder password and i m not able to reset it. Please help to reset my password.

First Enter wrong password and then you can see forget password option. Now you can reset password with your samsung account

Thanks for the update. But after clicked on forget password, getting blank screen and not able to proceed.

For that go to phones settings > apps>secure folder >storage >clear data
And now try password reset process again

Spent the past 2 hrs on phone with 3 different techs from Samsung. Two said what you are saying, No bro, it won't delete your data.

The the 3rd says, oh we understand its unfortunate that you lost all of your data in the secure folder.

So frustrating.

Samsung, get your techs educated and reading from the same script.

So disappointed.

Unacceptable.
