Thank you for bringing that to our attention, please try the following steps:
1. Open camera>> settings>> reset settings.
2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.
3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Galaxy Aat the picture up there, was before the other ones disappeared I took that screen shot trying to explain to my partner what happened.

Galaxy APlease note that you can only be able to retrieve your photos if you had backed up your gallery.
On your phone, please do the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Restore data
Kindly follow the below steps to activate cloud backup:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Gallery.
3. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap Samsung account.
6. Push Slider to de/activate.
