I bought Samsung  A30 and I'm regretting my decision 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I just got a baby boy, 10 days old, I took pictures with this phone, and I was exited taking pics of my son opening his eyes for the first time, taking nice pics of him looking straight in to my face.  But this phone later on said "pictures not supported", then later on,  they disappeared. I lost all cutest pics of my son and probably I will never get them back.

I feel like  squashing this phone and burn it then throw it away. The moment that was supposed  to means the world to me turn to be nothing because of this phone precious moments are gone just like that. 😭😭😭😭😭

Hi Mkedi

Thank you for bringing that to our attention, please try the following steps:

1. Open camera>> settings>> reset settings.

2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I'm in SA so I bought bought my phone at Makham store, yes I did enable Google Photos, but it doesn't back up instantly, so ones it starts to say "pictures not supported" and try to open from Google Photos, it they are they are not done loading, it's just black and loading sign in middle it will turn but it won't open

at the picture up there, was before the other ones disappeared I took that screen shot trying to explain to my partner what happened.

Hi, Make Sure The Software Of You Device Is Up To Date. Go To Settings Scroll Down And Software Update & Then Download And Install.
