Samsung launcher is truly frustrating 😤

Hi💜 so after the recent ONE UI 6 upgrade, it is my first time using Ultra Power Saving mode.

Before the update, whenever I turned on High Power Saving by turning on "LIMIT APPS ON HOME SCREEN," the phone would automatically turn on Dark-Mode, and the number of use able apps would be limited

BUT THE APPS WERE STILL THERE AND I WAS ABLE TO USE THEM!

But today, when I turned on ULTRA POWER SAVING, Samsung launcher suddenly froze and crashed. Also, the app icons that were supposed to be there on the home screen weren't there

See, the launcher keeps stopping and crashing

Also, simply for no reason, the screen was stuck on the recent apps screen📱and even if I pressed everywhere, the screen was unresponsive.

This is so unexpected from a phone that regularly gets rebooted, optimized, and is always kept in a good condition....

Is it the software's fault or is there something wrong with the phone?

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps you no longer use, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

If the issue persists, kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

And what does Device Care and Storage have anything to do with the software's fault?

The steps they give you to follow are super useless. They need to fix this. I'm using Nova launcher and I don't like it. I want Samsung launcher.

Brother im also having the same problem, i went to resetting settings but it says turn off limit app and homescreen i even searched for it but found nothing except in the power saving option i turned it of but was not able to reset settings
