If you want to see
1.Enable developers options
2.Enable quick toggle for Window animation scale and turn it on
3.open any keyboard supported app . Now keyboard will pop up and click on keyboard settings which is available in toolbar
U can now slightly able to see that . I tried on clicking on it but it hides in seconds

OK I found by different app but I can't open it
