1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.
3. Check device volume settings: Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
4. Check mute all sound options: Apps> settings> accessibility> hearing enhancements> Disable mute all sounds (if enabled).
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
I also facing same problem after update samsung should have to fix that and please stop saying the instructions this is software issue which was send by samsung developers so please ask them to provide new update
