My Samsung Galaxy fast charging no longer works since Saturday 3rd August. I first thought it was charger/cable problem but it works well on other Samsung phones. On Tuesday I learned that it's not only my Galaxy A15 that has that problem aa another colleague at work has the same issue that started on Saturday. The phone freezes yet it's two months old. How do I fix this?
