Hi, To regain access, you have a few options:
1. Samsung Find My Mobile: If you have enabled Samsung's Find My Mobile feature, you can use it to reset your PIN remotely. Sign in to your Samsung account on a computer, select your device, and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
2. Samsung Service Center: As the store suggested, you can visit an authorized Samsung Service Center. They can help you unlock your device using specialized tools.
3. Factory Reset: You can perform a factory reset, which will erase all data on your device. To do this, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Before proceeding, note that a factory reset will delete all your data, so use this option only as a last resort.
If you're unable to access your device, you can also contact Samsung Support directly for further assistance.

To perform a hard reset (also known as a factory reset) on your Samsung Galaxy A05s:
1. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.
2. Release the Power button but keep holding the Volume Down button.
3. Your phone will boot into Recovery Mode. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
4. Confirm that you want to reset the device by selecting "Reset device" and pressing the Power button.
5. Wait for the process to complete. Your phone will then restart and boot up as if it were new.
Note: Before performing a hard reset, make sure to backup your important data and settings, as this process will erase all content on your device.
