My Samsung Galaxy A14 5g is restarting automatically. 
Frequently it is happening with my device, like 3-4 times a day.
Like I am listening music on my earphones or my device is just placed beside me without any use, suddenly it got restarted.

Uninstall any govt apps also try to keep it in ultra saving mode and check one by one app and settings
Did the same on m21 keeps restarting can't use and it worked

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.
