Samsung camera app not working

I am facing an issue with my camera app on galaxy A71 since yesteray. When ever i try to open the camera app, it shows "CAMERA FAILED". i tried to clear cache, data from the app but that didn't help. I also did a hard reset of my phone but the problem persists. 

Please help in this regard.

Clear camera app data: Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear data.

Got my phone checked and turns out my phones main camera has failed due to some unkown reasons and needs replacement
