Samsung a70s screen mirroring issue

Samsung a70s able to connect TV through smartview . But after that it's not casting mobile screen. It's not working with Google photos casting also. Anyone facing similar issue?

what's the TV model ? is it Sony ?

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity strength as it should be strong.
2. Go to settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

3.If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
