Motherboard issue highly likely!!!💔
I've heard about a lot if users experiencing this problem unfortunately it's not claimable as free repair. Its 11220 + gst + labour charges. Could cost you around 15k.
We have been saying that Samsung should have given better stable updates or at the he least increase motherboard warranty to few years if they are sure that their hardware is reliable and not of cheap quality!😤😤

● There are two methods to disable the auto restart function.

● If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

● Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

● Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
