After an update to Android 10 i restarted my phone my phone boosts up normally but my phone is stuck on "Phone is restarting" and i have only access to the Setting.Please,i need help .There are very important files and data.
Before performing factory reset I recommend u to go to samsung live chat options and chat with agent regarding this issue and do tell them that u have performed some of troubleshooting steps.
Android 10? Please take to service center and update your phone it will be resolved and you also get Android 11 from them. If you have typed 10 instead of 11 also no issues. Service center will check and resolve the issue if it's software issue. Hardware issue means we can't do any thing.

Dear sir, this issue of mobile getting stuck at "Phone is starting" and only settings access is allowed in samsung galaxy seems to be common as my Galaxy A31 too facing the same issue after updating an os from 11 to 12. I am also facing the problem of retaining my important data which is saved in internal memory. Being the regular consumer of samsung mobile feeling desperate about such type serious mobile issues. its not that we feel mobile got spoiled but we are put into big trouble by Samsung by the unhealthy updates. It really makes us to think about some other company which is stable in os.
I have an A13. I have the same problem since yesterday. Phone is stuck on "Phone is starting..."
I have tried reboot, soft reboot, safe mode. Nothing is working so far. I can access settings from the drop down menu. Most settings options are working expect a few (e.g. battery, privacy) it is crashing when I try to enter those menus. Most toggles in the drop down menu is responsive except power saving mode.
