Samsung a14 5g heating issuue , and battery drain alot

I owe galaxy a14 5g this was my worse decision to  buy a14 . It heats up alot for me heating doesn't makes the phone bad the worse part is that when it heats up it switch from 5g network to 4g this makes me feel bad and needs to be cooled down to use 5g network

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I think it's my worst decision to buy Samsung galaxy a14 I'm frustrated with it's heating problem. It's totally disappointed
