There is a problem with Samsung Pass for me it shows

(Your device has been rooted. Samsung Pass cannot be used on rooted devices for security reasons.) But my phone is not rooted. I tried deleting data but still its not working can anyone help me with this

My device is A71 5G (bought used)

Two reasons
1. Maybe another language been added before

2. Previous owner did root the device

Solutions

1 . Delete system cache through recovery mode

2. A full reset will definitely help

3 . Connect to pc using smart switch and check for updates

4. Take out Sim card and set airplane mode on then restart

Anyway. Backup any important data first

Hi,

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue.

Find the nearest service center near you online, or on Samsung.com, or by calling the call center or passing by one of the Samsung brand stores.
