I had bought A52s 5g 11 months back in 2021 and now it's battery is swollen as I don't use it heavily and my day to day use is very normal even then this has happened to me that my battery degrade quickly and I checked it ,as I could see bump on back cover. The quality of the battery is not good by samsung its not even a 1 year old yet samsung should do some thing about its quality, that very bad for sure. Frustrated by my A52s 5g.

Please help me SamsungIndia as I couldn't afford repairing it as still its on EMI.

Day by bay the back cover is coming out.😔

Bro visit service center n if your battery bump is coming out n your phone is under warranty then they will replace battery for free
I'll recommend you to contact samsung support before visiting service center
You can call samsung customer care or there whatspp support n tell them the issue n confirm from them whether it'll get replace for free or not

Shocking video on Samsung : https://youtu.be/OfM0GqsIB6c
This is quite common with samsung batteries, the quality of Samsung is not that great as it seems.

What was charging habit? Did you charge your phone all the way upto 100% everytime and let it discharge to less than 10%? Because if so, that is really bad for the battery health. Nonetheless this issue should be reported to Samsung because the mobile is not even 1 year old and this shouldn't be happening. This issue has been happening a lot to the Samsung phones not-in-use but I've seen this happening first time to a phone that was in the daily use.

Whatever the charging habit might be, this should never happen. Old generation like my parents are not aware of such charging habits and always charge phone from 0% to 100% and discharge 100% to 0% and this has never happened across many brand in last 10 years. This issue was not present in older phone from samsung, it started from note 7 and samsung did something which is causing this. This can be fatal.
