Samsung Galaxy A50s Restarting in Loop, Heated and Hanged!

"My Samsung Galaxy A50s got into a restarting loop after I used hyperlapse video option."

Several Months ago I was capturing photos and hyperlapse videos. Suddenly my phone get hanged and get restarted.
When it restarted, I saw that there were no photos and videos available of that moment. It was very strange thing from Samsung Brand. After 1.5-2.0 months of that incident I noticed those photos and videos were in the gallery but with wrong time and date. I was somehow happy to get those photos and videos back.
Now let me come to main point.
7 days ago I was capturing photos and hyperlapse shots. Suddenly My Samsung Galaxy A50s got hanged in the screen and got restarted. When it restarted it was so heated and again it got stuck into the booting loop. It was not even opening and got stuck into the samsung boot animation SAMSUNG Logo! I pressed Volume up down and power button after 15 mintues of being stuck on to that condition, then it opened again from that condition, it was higly heated and then again it switched of and again got restarted. After that it was in a loop of getting restarted, getting heated and getting hanged. I take it to the Samsung Care. They said it will take several days to be checked. They even said maybe it has motherboard issues. My phone was not even 1 year old, it means it is under warranty. But still they noticed a tiny scratch which was not even noticable and they said due to Samsung's policy we can't allow you to avail the warranty period offers due to the tiny little scratch on the screen. They said if I want to avail those warranty period offers, I should change my display and then I will get the warranty period offer. Really Samsung? We have to change the whole display for a little scratch to avail the warranty period offers? Just wow! 
Then without any other option I paid 170 RS for paid services.
Samsung Care (PO+Dist-Malda,PS-English Bazar, West Bengal, India)

This Samsung Care employees are too slow to cooperate the things faster. They kept all of us outside for several  hours due to Covid 19 Condition. Outside it was raining that time. 50 recipts were given to 50 people. I was no 34 and I was standing outside for 3 hours and inside 30 mintues. And when I got the reciept, it was already the no 11 person who was entering. You can imagine how fast they are to give services to us. 

Samsung India please have a look into this whole thing.

I still didn't get it. According to you problem is restart, hang, boot loop and heating. These are related to software and motherboard. Then why service center asked you to replace display? Any issues with that too?

They asked me because there was a tiny, little scratch which is even not noticable! They said that the display is broken because of that scratch and that tiny scratch was located on a side of the display. They said the display was broken for that little scratch. Ironically that scratch was even not noticable. and if I want to avail my warranty offers, I might have to change the whole display!

As per your post and version a small scratch on screen not causes any of the issues you are facing. This is just a false statement. I suggest you to visit another service centre if available and just ask them to reinstall firmware.. If at all it is software issues it will get fixed. 👍 👍
