Samsung Galaxy A50 Notification Issues

While receiving new notifications, the display doesn't wake up. I have to check it up manually with power key waking my lock screen up. 
Please suggest me if I can fix this with some settings exist.

your screen only wake up for messages
for other notification like for WhatsApp it won't wake up there is no option

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Check device cache:-Settings> Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings>General Management>Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
