I have Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, my phone's microphone is not working properly, during calls the other person can't hear me at all in my normal tone, and I have to speak at the top of my voice, just at front of the bottom mic, only to make myself audible to other person, to which they say: My voice is too low and muffled with static and cracking noise.

The top microphone experiences the same issues when using Speaker Mode during calls or video calls.

The issue also persists in Voice Recorder application.
