Samsung people, if you are reading my post then I request you that I have updated my Android 7.0 in Samsung Galaxy a14 5G. But there is no screen recording in it and the battery issue has also increased a lot. The phone is not optimized so I request you to optimize my phone and give me a new update. I reset it there. Still, if the problem is there then I request you to please give me the next update and fix the box in it.

Click support and send feedback to Samsung. They will analyse your system and log files and if they find an issue they will release a patch. Good luck.

You have updated your Galaxy A14 5G to ONE UI 7 Android 15, not Android 7.0

Software updates come with bugs.
So it's always recommended to take some measures to avoid issues.
Check my "Software Update Guide" Post.
For now just wait for Samsung to release security patch for A14 5G

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
