I buyed A73 5G via samsung shop app on 17 may 2022 recently on 10th September 2024 I got software update after software update complete immediately I am facing green line issue . All process like job sheet ,online customer support all completed but now they simply saying we can't do anything it is chargeable 6750 for screen after 18 percent gst totol 8700 and for labour cost 2230 I thought samsung is best in customer service I lost trust and money of 45,000 thousand .it's not even my fault for that green line issue. Please do something about it🙏. I am samsung fan for last 10 years. I always recommended samsung to every one of my family. Now they are laughing at me that service and professionally not good.
Guys Please help me and spread this issue with high priority due to some persons are loyal to samsung only like me.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have done all things customer care and service center but no help simply they are asking 10k for repair and labour cost

Hey if it's okay it's our fault. But unfortunately it's not our fault. Its all happening after the August security updates. It's the only mistake of the software. So don't think it's a normal issue. The company and you also just mocking us like a fool. We are paying our money that's not a jackfruit seed . Okay

First It is purely your software glitches , second My mobile never ever felt in water and no damages on mobile. I openly challenge Samsung to inspect My mobile correctly infront of all India consumer court. If I lose I pay and if I win you have to pay. This ridiculous Samsung mobiles are very bad at support .
I urge members and everyone in India don't buy Samsung mobiles if you buy in case of problem support is Luke hell.

Bad thing is our India consumer protection is very bad no help they simply want gst amount that's it
