Samsung A70 phone not able to vibrate even after updated the firmware

I have try to find ways to make the phone enable to on the vibrate mode.  But not sure if is my phone model having issue or is it a common issue for samsung A70 series.  Currently  I am not able to feel thr vibration from the phone.  As I need to switch to vibration  mode during at work .

Is there anyone  know the way?  

I have try update the firmware.  Tried *#0*# still cannot feel the phone vibration.

i suggest you go to serive center and reinstall software may be after your problem slove
