Samsung A6 Plus Charging Issue

Hi Team,

I have a Samsung A6 Plus mobile phone and recently lost my phone Type B charger with Micro Usb cable which was having output capacity 5v -1.55Amp and also contacted with Samsung Cafe And Service Centre for the same charger but it is not in stock since a long time.

New few Samsung phone coming with Type B charger output 5v-2.0Amp, Tried this charger for charging my phone but charging is very slow, It takes upto 6-7 hours for complete charging.

Also tried MI Phone charger with output capacity 5v-2.0Amp but this charger is also taking 6-7 hours charging.

Is this a phone issue or charger issue and also tell me from where can i purchase the Original Samsung Charger with output capacity 5v-1.55Amp or what could be the alternate solution.

probably it's your phone's Usb port issue.

check you Phone's charging speed using ampere app.if it is <700/200 then change the cable and adapter

usb port is dead, get it replaced. happened in my case as well. i use the same 2v charger after last charger died

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

>Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB). 

> Follow the standard charging procedure to charge the device (charge the device in switch off mode for 120-150 minutes).

> perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

>Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

Further, kindly visit the nearby samsung service center to purchase the charger for the device.
