Samsung A50 OTG not supported

I bought samsung a50 last week..Now I see mu OTG was not supported.. same OTG support in different a50 mobile..what can I do now ?

please take it to your nearest service center of samsung. i am sure they will be able to check and help you.  usb otg is supported by samsung a50 so i am not sure why urs is not supported
