i'm also facing the same issue since july till now my phone just kept on bed and nobudy touched it and even no third party app i used it's automatically started restarting on logo and not getting start and some kind of lines are coming behind samsung logo i'll sahre you the pictures of it even i visit to service centre they are simply saying software is not happening in your phone it will take 9000rs we will change the mother board i mean seriously....

 

I reset my phone several time even i tried Software through odin latest & old all types of version but after click on start button it odin stuck on CM or BOOT and software not happening i tried PIT file I tried COMBINATION file but nothing is working give me the solution i already loss my job now don't have money for pay for this which is i'm not responsible this mistake is by your side this i'm suffring from financial crisis please help...and give me the solution...

i think ur devices software was gone. in only 1-2% chance of this situation was happening in software flash using odin or any other flash software..so,no any solution for this either of change of motherboard...or high level or command only run by samsung developer,,,,if ur devices is under warranty then may be some chance of free of cost repaird,,either purchase 2hand mobile..m

bro how basically you install software? it's recommended or process to install software especially in samsung devices is via smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose otherwise simply software update via mobile data or wifi can create anything unexpected in devices even display can gone forever as many users faced before

If your phone is in warranty THEN only you can ask service center, also tell them that you will go to consumer forum.

IF it is NOT in warranty then there is almost nothing to do other than try flash, software recovery via smart switch on pc

it's not in warranty brother and smart switch is not working....do you have any other solution how to remove FRP or OEM lock because there is no unlock solution for my A50 device ?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:-
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with short video while phone is restarting and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Brother this is not my fault as written up that my device kept on bed and its restarted automatically as you guys can see the example ab btao bhai isme meri kya galti ek to bharosa krke 20,000rs ka phone lo fir company ki taraf se koi problem ho jaye to uska bhugtan bhi hum kre 9000rs or problem hua bhi to warrenty over ke 1 month baad....

brother mene kuch time samsung service center me kaam kiya hai (in software department) isliye software kese kre iski jankari hai...

It's been 1 year and no solution and reply from @Samsung this is service they are providing please do not buy samsung phones they are just selling phones and making profits for there own benefit they don't care about customers what they are facing.
