Samsung A33 5G Phone with Jio 5g not working

Dear Samsung,

After buying flagship mobile worth rs 26000. I was still not able to use TRUE 5G services. Airtel 5g keeps switching to 4g but works. But Jio 5g does not work at all even after the welcome offer and recent software update. Even the cheap 5g phone has support for SA 5G N28 and N78. I deeply regret buying samsung A33 5G. Also your 4G LTE uplink carrier aggregation does not work in A33 5G. Just support 3CA downlink carrier aggregation in LTE 4G. It should be minimum 4 CA. Forget about 4*4 MIMO for LTE, Phone support 2*2 MIMO. I am not happy due to poor internet speed due to absence of above mentioned features. Please solve the Jio 5g issue by quick software update

Same (using jio) carrier aggregation(LTE+), is not available all the time but when LTE switches to LTE+, even for sometime, internet speed is surely increased a lot. Cannot think of 5g when 4g is not proper.

For me anything above 25 K should be flagship. As you get many advanced features in other brands at cheaper cost. Only reason to buy samsung is *#0011# to check the current band

Hi All, I found a solution for activating 5g, please install force lte only and select NR only. Once Jio gets attached to 5G network then it will connect automatically.
