A33 switched off issu after update 

This is my cousin phone

After update phone get automatically switched off every time 

She visited samsung care at ameerpet, Hyderabad.thet are saying that network ic gone,motherboard need to change, its cost 9000rs.

I don't know what kind of employee samsung kept in there care,if network ic is not working then why phone get switched off.then network will be not appear why phone get switched off.
