Samsung A32 Vibration is not working

Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot vibration problem after recent software update, I am not able to solve it. I am asking Samsung why I am facing this problem after new software update (UI 5.1). I have done factory reset also, but to my surprise nothing seems to be of any use. I feel disappointed when they ask for update and suddenly the feature stops working and later forcibly pay to service centres for repair. Very dissatisfied as a long associated Samsung customer.
