Samsung A30 fast charging not working

I got a30 6 months ago. Since 2 days the fast charging is not working. Fast charging is enabled and when I charge it doesn't show the notification of fast charging. What do I do? Will the new android 10 update fix this problem?

same problem i face since 1 Year, even i have already go to the service center 2 times but it doesn't fix till now.. i wasted near 1800 but they make us fool all the time..
