Dear Samsung Team 

I'm writing this message to inform you that after latest update of Samsung a22 5g my Sim slot 2 is not working. 

This issue is with my many relative too. 

Resolve this problem with new update. 

Waiting for positive response without any kind of suffering service.

SEND ERRORS REPORT TO SAMSUNG ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY GET HELP TAB IN THIS APP > ERRORS REPORT > SELECT RELEVANT OPTION > WRITE YOUR PROBLEM IN DETAILED IF POSSIBLE THEN ATTACH SCREENSHOT ALSO

NOW ENTER YOUR FULL NAME

AFTER THIS
HUMAN ASSISTANT WILL CONNECT WITH YOU

You can do one thing if service center guys are denying services.
Email your issue on support.in@samsung.com
Servicehead.in@samsung.com

And see if that changes anything.
