Galaxy A- **Device Model:** Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (SM-A536E/DS)
- **Serial Number:** RFCTAOES4TB
- **Software Version:** One UI 7
**Bug Report:**
Calculator App Version: 12.4.00.11 (Latest Available Version)
**Description:**
After updating to One UI 7, the **Calculator app** displays a **"0"** with the **cursor positioned on the left side** upon launching the app. This behavior is inconsistent with the expected user experience, where the input field should either be empty or the cursor should default to the right side (as in previous versions).
- Frequent calculator users find this behavior **disruptive**, as it requires manual cursor adjustment before input.
- The left-aligned cursor with a pre-filled "0" is counterintuitive and affects usability.
**Expected Behavior:**
1. The cursor should default to the **right side** of the input field (if "0" is displayed).
2. Alternatively, the input field should remain **empty** upon launch (no pre-filled "0").
**Request:**
Kindly investigate and resolve this UI inconsistency in the next update. The issue significantly impacts daily usability for productivity-focused users.
**Additional Notes:**
- The issue persists across app restarts and device reboots.
- No third-party modifications or themes are installed.
Screen record, screen shot etc reference are posted accordingly. Thank you for your attention. Please let me know if further details are required.
