Hy guys I recently bought my Samsung A05 a week ago and it's been showing a red cross ❌️ on the battery when I'm charging it with its original charging cable from the first day. Now I just tried plugging it on the charger and it's not charging, what should I do or what could be the problem because it's brand new ?
