On a serious note, what issues are you facing?

After the one UI7 update, my phone stopped charging. I even went and bought a new charger, but it turns there software is the problem because before the update, my phone was charging just fine on the Samsung super fast chargers.

If there's still some battery left try sending an error report from the members app. Go to Support , click on send feedback and send an error report there. Your phone will send some data to samsung and they will contact you through the app
